**updated review** I was informed that it's a thing here in Jacksonville that you have to specifically ask for preference of drums or flats. Their wings were very good and they were huge. I will try them again and request specifics. I ordered 20 wings through Uber. I received 16 drums and 4 wings. If it's all going to be drums, then just call it 20 drums and not 20 wings...

I treated my bae to dinner. I had grilled shrimp, garlic parm broccoli, and cilantro lime rice and it was fantastic. My bae had the mahi and it left something to be desired, since the topping was missing. After speaking with management they corrected the error. Everytime I visit this location drinks are on point and the bartenders are patient and relatable, exactly how I love them. I will be back again
**Title: Decent Food, Great Service, but Some Drawbacks** This was my first visit to Hurricane Grill & Wings in Neptune Beach. The service was outstanding—our server was friendly and attentive, which was a big plus. The food was pretty good overall, but nothing too memorable. However, the wait was much too long, which was frustrating. It seemed like the wait staff had some confusion about which tables they were serving, adding to the delays. I ordered a top-shelf margarita, but it was surprisingly weak. For the price, I expected a much stronger drink. The place was clean, which is always a good sign, but I was a bit disappointed with the spice levels. If you're looking for something truly spicy or hot, this isn’t the place. Everything we tried was about the same as mild hot sauce. Overall, it was an okay experience—great service and a clean environment, but they could improve on the wait times, drink quality, and spice options.
20 wings for $20 !!!!! This is a FANTASTIC deal and the size of the wings is amazing! We had the garlic parmesean & mango habenero flavors! Highly Recommend!
Amazing service! And delicious food :) Ordered delivery for my elderly mother who doesn’t drive and they forgot the chicken for her salad. The staff took the initiative to ask a manager if they could drop off to her since the delivery driver was already on to the next delivery when the restaurant discovered it and called me. They also threw in a “sorry for our mistake” gift card. I can’t tell you how grateful this out of town daughter is for their incredible service! We all make mistakes. How you handle them shows your character. We already enjoyed going to Hurricane Grill in Neptune Beach. Now I am a HUGE fan! Love your food. Even more love your staff that treated us very well. Thank you manager caught on Ring being a great human!
This place has an awesome atmosphere. Food is great, service is great. Would recommend to anyone. The bartenders are exceptional!
(Hard to give 5 stars anywhere).. This is a banging spot if your stretching a dollar for the daily deals and or want a cheap but decently strong drink after a hard day of work, or whatever. I highly recommend the 20 wings for $20! Use the 2 flavors and experiment with the wing flavors!
I can’t say enough great things about this place! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the quality of the food—it’s consistently amazing. The staff are all incredibly friendly, from the bartenders to everyone working behind the scenes, which makes every visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the owner, Arvin. He truly goes above and beyond every time he comes by. Not only is he attentive, but he even brings treats for my dog, which is such a thoughtful touch. His dedication and care really make this place feel special. If you’re looking for excellent food, outstanding service, and a warm, friendly atmosphere, this is the spot. I’m always happy to come back, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
